- Description
LEADBOND1111 is a polymer grafted by maleic anhydride (MAH) with polyprolyene as substrate, with properties of low yellowness, stable process ability and excellent long term thermo oxidative ageing ability.

- Typical Applications
- LEADBOND1111 gives polyolefin polarity and adhesion. In the modified plastics, add small dosage it can substantially raise adhesion strength between polyolefin and glass fiber, talcum powder, mica etc inorganic fillers or magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide inorganic flame retardant.
- Used in wood-plastic composite, it can greatly increase mechanical properties of water tolerance and bending strength, bending modulus in composite materials. It also can be used as compatilizer for PA/PP alloy to increase alloy compatibility.
- Recommended Dosage
2%-5%.
- Precautions
LEADBOND1111can be processed in a wide temperature range, typical processing temperature range is 180℃-280℃. Specific temperature should combine with types of material, extruder, screw design, screw speed, production capacity and residence time etc.
- Packaging and Storage
- 25Kg/Bag.
- Stored in a dry and ventilated area, keep away from extreme heat and ultraviolet. Improper storage conditions may cause material degradation and degrade its characteristics.
