Compatilizer LEA DBOND1132B (HDPE-g-MAH)

• Description

LEADBOND1132B is a polymer grafted by maleic anhydride (MAH) with HDPE as substrate, with appearance of white or pale yellow granule.

• Typical and Physical Properties

Note: The data above to test the typical value, should not be construed as specifications.

1 Low<5wt%, Medium: 0.25-0.5wt%, High: 0.5-1.0wt%.

• Typical Applications

• LEADBOND1132B is applied to low smoke zero halogen cable material to increase strength and elongation.
• Also applicable to PE mineral / glass fiber filling and wood-plastic compound system to increase impact strength and tensile strength.

• Precautions

    LEADBOND1132B can be processed in a wide temperature range; typical processing temperature range is 150℃-230℃. Specific temperature should combine with types of material, extruder, screw design, screw speed, production capacity and residence time etc.

• Packaging and Storage

• 25Kg/Bag.
• Stored in a dry and ventilated area, keep away from extreme heat and ultraviolet. Improper storage conditions may cause material degradation and degrade its characteristics.
